Return & Exchange Policy Summary

  • Returns: within 3 days of delivery
  • Exchanges: within 7 days of delivery
  • Cancellations: within 24 hours of placing order and before dispatch
  • Sale items: non-returnable and non-exchangeable

Cancellation:

Customers may cancel or request changes to their order within 24 hours of placing the order.

Requests made after 24 hours from the time of order placement will not be accepted.

Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed under any circumstances.

All cancellation or modification requests must be submitted through our official customer support channels within the allowed time frame.

 

Exchanges:

We accept exchanges within 7 days of order receipt.

Once your request for exchange is accepted, we will schedule a reverse pick-up. Please hand over the returnable product/s in the original packaging (including the box and tags) to our delivery partner. We will send out the exchange pieces once we have received the returned piece(s) in our warehouse in unused condition and after quality check. 

The first exchange is free of cost; subsequent exchanges will incur a handling charge of ₹150.

Please note, primary return/exchange pickup will be done within 3-4 days of triggering the return/exchange request. Once you have booked the request, we request you to be available for the reverse pick-up, and we request you to answer calls from the delivery partner. In the absence of your availability or inability to answer the calls, the delivery partner may, at their discretion, cancel the reverse pick-up. In all such cases, the process will have to be re-initiated again, and the overall timeline will increase. After two failed pickup attempts, customers must courier the product to the provided address at their own expense.

 While most pin codes are forward and reverse serviceable, in some cases, some pin codes may only be forward serviceable and not reverse serviceable. In all such cases, we may request you to return the product via an alternate courier service (such as India Post , DTDC etc.)

Returns:

We offer a 3 day return policy for unworn and unused products.

The refund is done to the original mode of payment after we receive the parcel and quality check is done.

In case of missing items in return orders, i.e., where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but actual pickup doesn't include all said items, Silverfied has a right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount.

Please note, primary return/exchange pickup will be done within 3-4 days of triggering the return/exchange request. 

A Return pick up cost of Rs. 120 is applicable.

While most areas are serviceable for reverse pickup, some pin codes may not support reverse pickups .In such cases, you may be asked to ship the product to us via a courier service (like India Post).

After two failed pickup attempts, customers must courier the product to the provided address at their own expense..

Note: All products purchased during the Special sales like valentines, Black Friday are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Damaged or Missing product 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) in the unlikely event, if product is missing, defective or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and take further action accordingly. In case of any issue found from our end, new order will be sent. ( Store credit option is considered in case of undeniable circumstances) 

*There is a seal on each box, make sure to have a 360 degree video of opening the package before claiming for loss/damage or any post shipment issue.* 

Insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honored. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision.


Refund mode

The amount would be refunded to the source account in case of a prepaid order.

In case of COD , please share your bank details for the refund to be processed.

 Refund duration

Any refund/exchange would be done after the returned parcel has been checked by our QC team ( will take 7-10 days approximately )
